Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Kinzo St Eustache (the "Platform"), a social number-draw game operated by Loto-Qc, a Crown corporation established by the Government of Québec to manage regulated gambling activities in the province.

Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account, accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the Platform.

Eligibility Requirements

To use the Platform, you must:

Account Security Responsibilities

Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials;
Notify Loto-Qc immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account;

You are responsible for any losses resulting from failure to maintain account security.

Login Credentials and Password Protection

Choose a secure password that is not easily guessable by others. Never share or disclose your login credentials with anyone else, including friends, family members, or service providers.

Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

Do not engage in fraudulent behavior, such as colluding with other players to manipulate gameplay results;
Avoid any activity that may compromise the integrity of the Platform or Loto-Qc's reputation;

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform.

Multi-Accounting and Fraud Prevention

Loto-Qc will monitor accounts for suspicious behavior. Any detected instances of multi-accounting, collusive behavior, or other forms of cheating may result in disciplinary measures, including account closure and denial of access.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

Bonus offers are subject to change at any time without notice;
Certain bonuses may be restricted based on user activity, gameplay patterns, or other factors;

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

The Platform, all content, software, technology, or documentation provided therewith are proprietary in nature and may not be copied, altered, sold, transferred, assigned, or used without prior consent.

Limitation of Liability

Loto-Qc will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, network outages, hacking incidents, unauthorized access to your account, or any other issue beyond our control. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk; you must take all necessary measures to protect yourself against such risks.
